Being Seen is Believing
In a survey taken in 2022 by OnePoll, almost half of the respondents said they'd left organizations because they felt unrecognized for their contributions. Furthermore, more than half (65%) said that if management were to appreciate their efforts, they would work harder. The employee experience matters, and employers have the power to increase retention and productivity.
Of course, each individual has their own favored ways of being seen. But when an entire team, division, or organization needs to know that they matter, the power of video is unparalleled. With video, milestones become stories of hard work and well-deserved achievement. Successes that might otherwise seem like just another day at the office can be shown to be what they truly are: the result of dedicated effort. Every story can be told with the organization's unique branding and culture. And video provides consistency across presentations, so medium to large audiences all get the same message. |

We were honored to help producer, and now director of communications, Terry Fitzpatrick, follow Roger Plant throughout the Republic of Georgia, and Tina Frundt in the United States.
"Roger Plant's global estimates of slavery—and of the profits made by slaveholders—have helped forge a worldwide governmental response." "No little girl dreams of becoming a sex slave when she grows up. That's why Tina braves dangerous streets in the middle of the night to reach out to teens that are trapped." Watch the video here. |
